Clinic at Christ Apostolic Church

A group of 8 medical Volunteers gave back to the community at the Christ Apostolic Church onPaschal Ave in West Philadelphia. We had a mix of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and non-medical professionals. We screened for chronic health problems including high blood pressure, diabetes, medication counseling and offered a lot of health promotion and Disease Prevention Exercises. This event was a huge success. We owe a huge thank you to all our volunteers.
